Hardware Return Policy

Overview

Lucid Tech is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our hardware products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible hardware in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

  • Hardware must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, like-new condition.
  • All included accessories, manuals, and cables must be returned with the product.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hardware that has been physically damaged, modified, or tampered with.
  • Products with missing serial numbers or labels.
  • Custom or special-order hardware configurations.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at admin@lucidtechllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the hardware securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost after receiving the returned product. To request an exchange, please contact us at admin@lucidtechllc.com.
